interesting play on the fruit as metaphoric stone.   interesting thing about the fruit pomegranate is that is array of seeds is but a fractal- mathmatically whimsical, but precise.  and it is a superfruit- as in packed with potassium to regulate one's saltiness and also absob free radicals of of chemical llife.  but you went and said bittersweet thus blurring the fruit truly back to that of of stone however burst upon the tongue leaving a mess of juices...and yet chemical rock or poemgranite is indeed decietful in how power one small bit can be-the bittersweet force it engenders which can clense more than a palate but all of ones life.....and before i rhapsodize / blather onward- further compliments are available for 5.95 cash, charge or electronic tranfer  ;)
